How To Play Property Tycoon Online

2-6 players. Roll the dice, move round the board, and buy any unowned property you land on — or decline it and it goes to auction among everyone still in the room. Land on a rented property and you pay the owner; own every property in a colour set and you can build houses and hotels there (evenly across the set) to raise the rent. Short of cash? Mortgage properties for a lump sum from the bank, or propose a trade with another player — properties, cash and Release Order cards can all change hands. Roll doubles and you go again (three in a row sends you straight to jail); in jail you can pay £50, use a Release Order card, or try to roll doubles. Run out of money and can't cover what you owe and you're bankrupt — last player standing wins.
